"The site was completely done with PhotoWebber except for the the opportunities page which had an auto frame added in Dreamweaver. Razdezignz web site has nearly 50 pages and with PhotoWebber it only took me about 8 hours from the time I downloaded my purchased copy to complete the site.

"I was not only able to learn the program in that time but was also able to optimize the site so that I have no duplicated files anywhere.

"PhotoWebber is Awesome!"

Popup Menus

We've gotten a lot of interest in our pop up menus. How are they done, how do they work? Well, take a look for yourself. For information on how to do them yourself there is a brief description on our features page, and more info in the documentation.

This page has a simple* popup menu with no hyperlinks.

This page has the same menu across two frames.

This page uses tables and uses no CSS.

All of the above demos use the same source Photoshop file. (PopMenuDemo.psd 740KB)

"I am, by trade, a programmer and not a designer. However, I was asked to make a cool popup menu demo for PhotoWebber 2. I took my Photoshop file and using PhotoWebber was able to create all three of the demos (CSS/Table/Frames) in as many minutes."

- Chris Perkins, Media Lab Inc.

*Simple to do in Photoshop and PhotoWebber. Impossible in any other package.

Cool Widget

This widget uses the technique of hiding a layer on rollover, rather than showing it. Originally done in PhotoWebber 1, this makes for a great demo of imaginitive uses of PhotoWebber.

This version uses style sheets.

This version uses tables and no CSS.

Both version are set to be centered on the page. Centering of documents, not just individual layers, is trivial when using tables, but difficult when using style sheets. No other package offers page alignment options for style sheet formatted pages.

While simple to create in both Photoshop and PhotoWebber, this widget uses an imaginative approach. You'll find a complete tutorial and sample files here.

Eyeland Studios

http://www.eyeland.com

Eyeland Studios makes a product called Photoshop Web Foundry. This is a CD of hundreds of pre-created user interfaces, buttons, seamless textures, and tutorial videos. And, best of all, the master source files are all Photoshop files. We've discovered that the easiest method to get these interfaces to the web is with PhotoWebber. Here are some sample interfaces.

Vertigo
This page was done with style sheets and centering.

Here is the original Eyeland Photoshop Web Foundry file. It has been built with maximum user customization in mind. nw-vertigo.zip - 480KB

Here is that same file modified slightly. Mostly, the many non-interactive highlight and shadow layers were merged together to reduce "clutter" and the buttons were named. nw-vertigo_revized.zip - 476 KB

Orbx
This page was created using style sheets and centering

Original File - orbx.zip 1.56 MB

Modified File - orbx_revised.zip 1.10 MB

If you like the Eyeland Photoshop Web Foundry, it can purchased with PhotoWebber at a savings. Click here.

Pank Pages

http://www.pankpages.com/ifaces/interface.htm

When browsing Bob Pankala's web site we came across a number of sample interfaces that he had done in Photoshop. We realized that all of those files could be made into working web pages in just seconds using PhotoWebber. So with his permission, we did just that.

This page
was done using style sheets and centering.

( PankNav2_pw.psd 430 KB )

PhotoWebber can make a web page from Bob's original file perfectly. But for the users who might want to test things out we modified Bob's original file slightly. The popup layers (1, 2, 3, etc.) were renamed (Button 1_p, Button 2_p, etc.), some of the background layers were merged together, and an unused layer was deleted from the file. Also, Bob had not provided rollover states for his buttons - to make some we duplicated his existing buttons, gave the duplicates names like Button 1_r, and applied a layer style from Photoshop 6.
